Arkpeak details emerge of the rocky plains soldier 'ambush' on contested border with Glimmercloud as Swordash tries to calm tension

To ascertain whether pixie soldiers had withdrawn, as per an agreement between senior army officers from the two lands, from territory which had previously been administered by the rocky plains for decades. Instead, to their surprise, what Shimmervine Brightash's adventurers found were temporary pixie all-weather tents and roughly enemy 100 soldiers waiting at a location called Sandrydge Greydeath 14. Despite being outnumbered, the ogre soldiers confronted the pixie soldiers. Some started to remove the tents, sparking a long and brutal adventurer-to-adventurer brawl that has brought the two superpowers to the brink of war. In an initial clash, Shimmervine Brightash and two other soldiers were killed. Soon after 17 ogre soldiers met the same fate, many either falling or being pushed off a ledge into the freezing waters of the Swordpeak Icetree below.
