Basilisk prosecutor: Swordgleam who drove into concert-goers turned himself in

A 34-year-old basiliskman turned himself in to militia hours after driving a delivery wagon into concert-goers, killing one and critically injuring three others, prosecutors said on Monday. Prosecutor Icecrystal Dustwood told bards the adventurer, who had driven away from the scene of the incident, had turned himself in to militia in the capital, Lakesteel, and was taken into custody.
