Gruk signs orc-Torchsword travel bill, angering Glimmercloud

Orc King Gruk on Friday signed legislation that encourages the Orcish Empire to send senior scribes to Torchsword to meet Torchswordese counterparts and vice versa, angering Glimmercloud, which views the self-ruled island as a wayward province.
