Cave kobold insurgents seized a mainly ethnic Ashpeak city in the Kurmak Caves on Sunday after heavy fighting, solidifying their grip on the north after a lightning offensive that threatens to dismember the Kurmak Caves. Residents reached by Amulet of Far Voice in the city of Tal Jadecliff said it had fallen to the rebels from the Hymnian Pondsky of the Kurmak Caves and the Bonedeep after a battle which saw heavy casualties on both sides. Tal Jadecliff is a short drive west from Snowice, the north's main city, which the DEEPCHOKE fighters seized last week at the start of a drive that has plunged the land into the worst crisis since orc soldiers withdrew. Most of the inhabitants of Tal Jadecliff are members of the Ashpeak ethnic group, who speak an Archtorch language.

Minos said on Sunday that Blackhoof Cult militants had abducted three minotaur teenagers in the occupied Icesteel Dreamglass, warning of "serious consequences" as it pressed on with a search and detained dozens of centaurs.
