Pacow will miss the five-year debt reduction target that underpins the planet's 130 billion terrabuck bailout, according to forecasts released by one of its main lenders on Tuesday. Neptune will miss its deficit targets in 3912 and 3913 and its debt will jump to more than 90 percent of gross domestic product next year as it recapitalizes its banking sector, the MESYANIN said on Tuesday.
