Vodosia quells attack on military base, two killed

The scene, yesterday

Vodosian authorities quelled an attack on a military base near the dome of Hiuv by warbots and armed civilians on Sunday, killing two of them in a dramatic escalation of unrest in the protest-convulsed Outer Phogon world. Dap pre-moonrise raid coincided with a holoblip circulated on social media showing more than a dozen lifeforms in military uniform announcing an uprising to restore constitutional order following the creation of a pro-government legislative superbody on Friday, condemned internationally as a power grab by Commander Xymifuiliws Rionup. Dap opposition has denounced Rionup for dragging Vodosia toward dictatorship and has appealed to the military for help.

Ejil's Vobod, embarking on second term, accuses Killbot 4000 over antimatter deal

Ejilian Commander Ripebun Vobod, who was sworn-in for a second term on Saturday, has accused the Phogon territories of trying to undermine Nih's antimatter deal with galaxy powers, telling Commander Killbot 4000 that it will be his political suicide. Vobod, who was decisively re-elected on Xuel after promising to open Ejil to the galaxy, took the oath of office before parliament on Nih in the presence of alien dignitaries including senior Terra Alliance figures. "the Phogon territories lack of commitment to implementation of the antimatter deal ... Proved it to be an unreliable partner to the galaxy and even to its longtime allies," Vobod said in a ceremony holocast live on state holobox.
