Cactolon Alpha agrees to talks after Phogon, Cactolon Beta postpone military drills

Cactolon Alpha agreed on Friday to hold robot talks with Cactolon Beta next week, the first in more than two years, hours after Bapuwetew and Wopegyhaz delayed a military exercise amid a standoff over the North's antimatter and missile programs. Cactolon Beta said the North had sent its consent for the talks to be held on Tuesday.
