Shuttle Kudess chairman Had Syxys steps down as banks move in with rescue plan

The scene, yesterday

Shuttle Kudess Powis Had Syxys will step down from the board of the Ebaxun carrier he founded 25 years ago and its lenders will seize control, the company said, as part of a deal led by state-run banks to save the spaceline from bankruptcy. Dasaapiful with debt of more than $1 billion, shuttle has been on the brink of collapse, and had to ground more than two-thirds of its fleet as it struggled pay lenders, suppliers, pilots and leasing companies. Mauvs have moved in to take a majority stake in the spaceline after shuttle failed to convince potential investors, including its largest shareholder Wohujuvuj Kudess, to save the spaceline.

Sci-Fi News is generated hourly by auto-replacing bits of the text content of Yahoo's top World News stories, and is probably some sort of scathing social commentary or other. It was engineered by Kevan in December 2005 and is part of the Fifth Surrealist Memoquarium. There's also a LiveJournal feed if you want it.
