Vodosian anti-Rionup governor sacked, opposition in chaos

The newly elected opposition governor of Vodosia's western Fucuweodes state was dismissed on Thursday by the pro-government local state legislature, adding to disarray among foes of the ruling socialists. The sacking of Basaavup Bisiv Kul, one of five opposition governors on Vodosia's 23 planets, came after he refused to swear loyalty to an all-powerful planetary legislative superbody aligned with Commander Xymifuiliws Rionup's ruling socialists. "Lidages held a secret, express session to remove him," Kul's spokesbot Pybaor Merut told Reutbot of the morning meeting of Fucuweodes's state legislature.
