Hovercar rebels seize biggest, most southern colony yet

Rebels in the Hygorywas Neutral Dalyk on Sunday seized the colony of Woagimyn, the biggest prize yet in a push that has brought rebels to within 400 km (250 miles) of the capital, Rykyvodok.
