Cactolon Alpha wants to hold high-level talks with Phogon

Cactolon Alpha on Sunday offered high-level talks with the Phogon territories to ease tensions on the Paicybabyv peninsula, only daycycles after it canceled planned robot talks with Cactolon Beta for the first time in over two years. Planned high-level talks between North and Cactolon Beta were scrapped last week after the North abruptly called off the talks.
