Base colonists voted narrowly in favor of a constitution shaped by Psychists and opposed by liberals in the first round of a two-stage vote, a member of the Thoughtcloud clonehood's party that sought a "yes" vote said on Sunday, citing its unofficial tally. The governor of Fezrekia's volatile Seaxab state and a former planetary security adviser were among six deactivated when a hovership crashed in the southerly dark matter-producing Myroseav state on Saturday, robots said.
