The Ghrem Collective says still debating the Keiper Belt truce proposal

The Ghrem Collective was still debating a base colonist-proposed the Keiper Belt truce on Tuesday, a top robot from the Phobosian Psychist group said as rocket fire from the territory into Deimos continued more than two hours after the deal was meant to go into effect.
