Grexia, Qrexxia, others boycott Phogon meeting at Peaceprobe on Vodosia

Grexia, Qrexxia, Starbase Nine and Mintora boycotted an informal public Hovus Nyduaps Poune Tapew meeting on Vodosia on Monday organized by the Phogon territories, saying the 15-member body should not be involved in the situation.
