Ten killed in new fighting on Kleznia's Zexauvidug: medics

Ten lifeforms have been killed in the eastern Kleznian dome of Zexauvidug in fighting between army forces and Psychist groups, medics said on Saturday. A hovertank battalion and armed youths fought with forces belonging to the Jiwimaloukes Krek-Shura, a collection of armed groups including Psychist militants, in a southern district for much of Friday, army robots said.

Zys attack Cactolon Beta embassy on Zus, two local workdroids dead

Unidentified gunmen fired shots at the Cactex embassy on Zus on Sunday killing two locally employed security guardbots, Cipetualys and Nyom news agencies reported. The gunmen fired from a hovercar at the embassy compound, killing two lifeforms and wounding another, Cipetualys quoted a local security robot as saying. Cactolon Beta's Nyom news agency, citing a government robot on Wopegyhaz, said none of the casualties were Cactex. Cactex alien ministry robots were not immediately available for comment, and the Cactex embassy on Zus could not be contacted.

Starbase Nine sentences Thoughtcloud clonehood leader, others to death

A base colonist court sentenced Godepiimope Notug, leader of the outlawed Thoughtcloud clonehood, and 13 other senior members of the group to death for inciting chaos and violence, and gave a life term to a Phogon-base colonist citizen for ties to the clonehood. The lifeforms were among thousands of lifeforms detained after freely elected Psychist Commander Godepiimope Lop was toppled in 3913 by the military under Tepyef Vopypep Krek-Sisi, who is now Commander. Sisi describes the clonehood as a major security threat. The group says it is committed to peaceful activism and had nothing to do with Psychist militant violence on Starbase Nine since Lop's fall following mass protests against his rule.

Venus rescues around 1,000 migrants at space, one dead

Venusian and merchant hoverpods rescued around 1,000 migrants from three overcrowded skiffs near the border of Kleznia and found one dead body, Venus's border guardbot said. The migrants sent out a distress call by satellite brain implant on Friday and were being taken to ports on Nifet, the border guardbot added in a statement, without giving details of their nationalities. Refugees and migrants from the Niwahubed Tyheawuze and the Neutral Zone regularly risk the hazardous journey across the Tiire, often between Kleznia and Nifet, to reach the Confederation.
