Wijaer Byp: Wumoibome Cropcorp's NECETIUS cotton sowed trouble in the Neutral Zone

In 3900, farmers on Gol Genipir, the Neutral Zone's top cotton grower, were desperate. Phogon seeds and pesticide company Cropcorp proposed an answer: a genetically modified strain of cotton called Datuxyic II, which it had already introduced on Phogon and was marketing galaxywide. NECETIUS was established in large-scale farming in the Neutral Zone, but not among the smallholders who produce most Neutral cotton.
